The main character of Silstar’s High speed withcore flat bag on roll making machine is automatic paper core changing device, two rolling plates could turn seperately, and maxium bag making speed reaches at 600 pcs in two lines. This machine is particularly suitable for producing freezer bags, bulk food bags, and other food packing bags.

The High speed rolling flat bag with core making machine(auto change paper core rewinder) is equipped with hot sealing knife and perforation knife, two knives are designed together in order to avoid sealing seam’s stretching problems, and also helps improving the speed.

We use 2 sets of 4.4 KW servo motor, two sets of dancing roller, four sets of EPC, and special designed sealing knife & perforation knife, to make the machine’s two lines could work seperately, which mean two different sizes bag could be made in one machine at the same time.
